Meet Nicole
As a Executive Assistant, Client Service Associate, Nicole Nauman provides attentive support to clients and helps ensure a smooth and positive service experience. She enjoys building connections and assisting with day-to-day account needs while contributing to the overall client experience.
Nicole earned her associate’s degree in Human Resources from Montana State University–Billings and began her career in client service within the insurance industry. After two years in that role, she joined the team in 2012. Nicole brings extensive experience in client service and relationship management to her role.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her wife, Lori, as well as her siblings and friends. A lifelong sports fan, she rarely misses a Nebraska (Go Big Red), Larks, or Raiders game—a passion she’s shared with her stepdad since childhood. Nicole also enjoys traveling, especially to international destinations, and makes it a goal to visit a beach each year.
